How do I book a car?

Choose your vehicle, pick your dates and pickup/return addresses, and submit a reservation request — no payment is taken at this stage. Our team reviews it and emails you a secure payment link once approved.

Is my reservation guaranteed straight away?

Not until it is paid. After approval you receive a payment link valid for 48 hours; the car is locked to you once the reservation deposit or full payment is received.

How much do I pay to reserve?

A minimum 20% reservation deposit secures the car, with the balance due at pickup. Or pay in full up front and save 5% on the total.

Which cards can I use? Is payment secure?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. All payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

What do I need to bring to pickup?

Your valid physical driving licence, a passport or national ID, and the card used for payment.

Can I pick up at Málaga Airport?

Yes — we deliver anywhere on the Costa del Sol, including Málaga Airport. Add your flight number so we can allow for delays.

Yes, insurance is included with every rental. Cover details and any excess are explained on your rental agreement at pickup.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup are free. Refunds are issued to your original card and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
